MEET THE TEAMOUR STORY
After joining the recruitment industry, Mitch McDermott and Beau Postal, recognized a significant gap in the industry. Searches below the executive-level were relegated to impersonal recruiting practices, resulting in misalignment and underperformance for mid-level positions, ultimately hindering the progression of organizations.
Rather than continue with the conventional model, they created a methodology and model built to serve the unmet needs of their clients.
This led to the creation of Talent Ascension Group: a firm that could recruit impactful talent for critical positions while delivering a relationship-based, consultative offering.
