HomeStreet Bank, Client

Talent Ascension Group is an external search firm that we engage their services to help us fill some of our challenging/difficult roles.  Their team assisted HomeStreet Bank in filling a very difficult search.  To elaborate how difficult this search was…this role was open for almost 8 months…and I had 4 other search firms that were engaged that obviously weren’t successful in landing us a qualified candidate.  Talent Ascension Group spent time with us on the front end to understand our culture, requirements/qualifications in the role that we needed filled. Additionally, as they presented candidates, if we weren’t interested in their candidates that they had presented, they would follow up with good questions to why we weren’t interested so they could refine their search.  Ultimately, within 45 days after presenting a few candidates and as we went through the interview process with some of these candidate, we ended up filling this search with one of their candidates within 3 months after they were engaged.  In summary, I want to let you know that the Talent Ascension Group did a great job in filling one of the difficult searches that I didn’t think we were ever going to fill.
